If you wish to join our studio, you can join by booking an induction (£45) via the link on the next page. After completing an induction you’ll be able to book pay-as-you-go sessions via our website or choose to sign up to our monthly independent membership.

Everyone who would like to become a member of the print studio MUST complete an induction

Induction includes:

  • Introduction to the studio, memberships and the print space

  • A look and demonstration of all the print studio equipment from the print studio technician

  • A chance to have a go on some of the equipment using pre-exposed screens

  • Questions and signing up for memberships

Experience

Applicants must have completed either the screen print studio induction or a beginners workshop at Juice Studios.

Studio Use

Print Members are permitted to use the workshop for their own work only. It is a condition of a keyholder membership that it is for their own art practice only (commissions of your own work are allowed)

Print memberships are for individuals and you may not bring in other people to print as it may limit space for other members. 

Behaviour

The member agrees to conduct themselves according to the policies that the company implements from time to time regarding personal behaviour in the print space located at Juice Studios 61a Humber Street Hull, HU1 1TU. At the Company’s sole discretion, your membership at the co working space may be terminated for the behaviour that violates any policies.

Studio fair use policy

While the number of sessions you can book is unlimited, we do have a fair use policy. If excessive use is inhibiting other members from accessing equipment or you regularly book equipment but don’t turn up, membership may need to be reviewed. We remind you that you do not need to book equipment slot if you are just coming in to use the non-equipment spaces or washout/expose screens etc.

General

In consideration for the mutual benefits exchanged by Juice studios ltd (the company) and the undersigned (“You”, “The member” , collectively the “Parties”), the Parties herby agree consent and covenant to the following terms, conditions and representations:

No Tenancy

The Company provides Coworking services on an “as is” basis as a service and not as a lease. You herby understand, agree and warrant that you are not a tenant and the Company is not a landlord and there is no tenancy relationship.

Termination

You agree to not use the Coworking space for any purpose that is unlawful, prohibited, or that could damage, disable or impair the property of the Company or of other members, or prevents other

members from enjoying the Coworking space, or that would damage the reputation or business of the Company and the co working space.

You also agree not to use the Coworking space in connection

with:

(a) Lottery contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email. Spamming or similar behaviour;

(b) defaming, abusing, harassing, threatening or otherwise violating the legal rights (such as privacy and publicity) of others

(c) Posting distributing or dissemination inappropriate, profane, defamatory, obscene, indecent or unlawful material or information.

(d) Uploading, reproducing, using, performing or otherwise making available, images, software or other material or information which infringes another’s rights, or is protected by intellectual property laws where you don’t own or licence such rights; and;

(e) Uploading or using files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or  programs that may damage the computers or property of the print space or another member.

Membership Termination

After your initial period memberships may be terminated by 30 Days , prior written notice must be given or immediately in case of breach of company policies. Failure to pay the monthly fee will result in termination of membership.

Changes

The rules and policies of print space may change from time to time. We will notify members of material changes.

Non-Disclosure

In your presence at the studio, you may learn of confidential information of the company or of its members. Such confidential information may include business information, trade secrets, technology, processes, customers and prospects that are intended to be confidential and proprietary. You herby agree and consent to not disclose information that you obtain that was intended to remain confidential.

Repairs and Maintenance

The company shall maintain the print space in good repair and working order. If you notice any problems requiring repair, please notify the Company and it shall be remedied promptly.

Liability

You indemnity the Company, its members, offices, directors, shareholders, contractors and employees from any claims, liability, ctions, or suits with respect to any damages, injuries or losses you suffer to your person or property.
