We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our brand-new Creative Desk Space, designed to cater to professional (and aspiring) creatives like illustrators, photographers, writers, producers, animators, and any other creative. This space offers a perfect balance: a dedicated workspace to call your own within a collaborative creative community.

£70 per month

• Your Own Desk: Your desk is your desk, available to rent on a rolling monthly basis. Each workstation will come with lockable cupboard, so any tools, equipment, and projects can be secured. (note: these won’t be in place from day 1 as we want to get a sense from the users of size and space required but we do have small lockers in the mean time)

• Creative Community: Be part of a supportive studio environment, connecting with like-minded creatives while benefiting from shared resources.

• All-Inclusive Pricing: Your monthly fee covers all utilities, Wi-Fi, and access to the space.

• 24/7 access: Your own door fob so you can access when building whenever you like. Please note we are above Social, a music venue so there can be times with loud gigs.

This is your chance to drop in have a look at the space, chat to us and see what you think. The 10th is also Open Studios, so there will be other artists around and more to check out. Or drop in on the Monday afternoon when the space is quieter. We’ll also be interested in hearing your thoughts and suggestions for when we open it.

We’ll open applications for the space for a couple of weeks. We only have 10 spots available so will be taking applications and reviewing them to find folks we think will benefit most from the space.
