We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our brand-new Creative Desk Space, designed to cater to professional (and aspiring) creatives like illustrators, photographers, writers, producers, animators, and any other creative. This space offers a perfect balance: a dedicated workspace to call your own within a collaborative creative community.

• Your Own Desk: Your desk is your desk, available to rent on a rolling monthly basis. Each workstation will come with lockable cupboard, so any tools, equipment, and projects can be secured. (note: these won’t be in place from day 1 as we want to get a sense from the users of size and space required but we do have small lockers in the mean time)

• Creative Community: Be part of a supportive studio environment, connecting with like-minded creatives while benefiting from shared resources.

• All-Inclusive Pricing: Your monthly fee covers all utilities, Wi-Fi, and access to the space.

• 24/7 access: Your own door fob so you can access when building whenever you like. Please note we are above Social, a music venue so there can be times with loud gigs.
