Welcome to our Creative Desk Space - a dedicated environment designed specifically for professional and aspiring creatives. Whether you are an illustrator, photographer, writer, producer, animator, or maker, our space offers the perfect balance: a permanent workstation to call your own within a vibrant, collaborative community.

£70 per month

What you get:

• Your Own Desk: Your desk is your desk, available to rent on a rolling monthly basis. Each workstation will come with lockable cupboard, so any tools, equipment, and projects can be secured. (note: these won’t be in place from day 1 as we want to get a sense from the users of size and space required but we do have small lockers in the mean time)

• Other spaces: As well as your desk we have larger shared workspace for meetings, or collaborative projects when you simply need to spill out into larger space.

• Print studio: Free access to our screen print studio and free induction included.

• Creative Community: Be part of a supportive studio environment, connecting with like-minded creatives while benefiting from shared resources.

• All-Inclusive Pricing: Your monthly fee covers all utilities, Wi-Fi, and access to the space.

• 24/7 access: Your own door fob so you can access when building whenever you like. Please note we are above Social, a music venue so there can be times with loud gigs.
