Pearl Binder (including colour) 100g
Pearl Binder 100g. Pearl binder is a base with an almost glitter like sheen. It’s iridescence will provide something different and interesting to any project (paper or fabric). Like Super White binder, it is opaque and can create pastel shades as well as vibrant colours too.
Like Super White binder, it sits on top of fabric fibres. However, it is usually less stiff than Super White, this should be considered before using.
