This informal talk led by Rosie Collins (@budleiaaa) touches on how to use social media to grow your art business, diversify income streams, and game the systems in place to get the best results.
The talk runs for approximately 1 hour, followed by an hour of completely optional, informal networking. Stay and chat with fellow creatives whilst the new ideas from Rosies talk are brewing in your head!
Topics include: Utilising basic algorithm tricks while staying true to yourself, making passive income from social media, running community-based online events and challenges, navigating brand collaborations, making short-form content such as Reels and Tiktoks, and conversely - how to avoid ever making short-form content and still succeed for those who can’t think of anything worse!

A zine with all the information from the session will be provided for you to take home from the event.
This session takes place at Juice Studios, 61A Humber Street, HU1 1TN.Our event space is located on the first floor of the building.

We have gender-neutral toilets including a fully accessible toilet available on the same floor as the event space. The toilet is equipped with handrails, emergency pull cords, and a wide door for wheelchair access.
